Survey Update
 Thank you to all the members that participated in the pre-survey focus groups. We had eleven different groups of members, comprised of over sixty members providing feedback. The Board received an interim report from Global Golf Advisors (GGA) yesterday and we expect a final report of the focus group sessions next week.
 
As a reminder, GGA use the focus groups to gather information as to what is on the minds of the membership. This information can then be paired with feedback the Board are seeking to include as questions on the survey.
 
The next phase will now be drafting the actual survey which GGA will commence and then present to the Survey Task Force and Board for final approval.
 
The survey will come out in September and final reports to the Board and Membership in October and November.

Golf Course Update August 2020

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to our inaugural divot filling party on Wednesday August 19 during our maintenance morning, this is an opportunity for you to show your “Mad Pride” for your golf course and property by getting out there to fill some divots.  From 8 am until 10am, we plan to fill divots on our golf course fairways, this is especially important due to the aggressive nature of fairway aeration which all but eliminates existing filled divots.  All best practice Covid guidelines will be followed, divot bottles and carts will be sanitized prior to use and large divot containers will be sanitized also.  There will be no additional touchpoints, as you refill your bottle you will not need to touch anything other than your sanitized divot bottle.  Of course, just like playing golf there is lots of room to keep your distance from others on our fairways.  If interested, please meet outside the back shop at 8am on Wednesday August 19, there is no need to sign up just come ready to be outside for an enjoyable couple of hours.
